Follow & Unfollow Journeys

We send an email whenever someone opens a Journey ... which can be a lot!

Now you can unfollow and follow Journeys. By default you only follow Journeys that you create, Journeys created by other users within your organisation, are not followed.

If you follow a Journey you get email notifications about:

• First view (Hooray!)

• Subsequent views

• Emails collected

• Coments & Emojis

(If you do not follow a Journey, you get no emails about it.)

Journeys can be followed from the dashboard:

PS: you can also unfollow Journeys directly from the email notifications.
